Again to Faculty: 15 Minute Vegan Meals

The second video in my again to highschool collection! Whether or not you’re going again to college/faculty, highschool, grade faculty, or have youngsters going again to highschool, these tremendous scrumptious and straightforward vegan 15 minute meals will likely be a lifesaver for dinner (and leftovers may be taken for lunch the subsequent day!) Candy Potato Tacos (serves 1-2):
four taco shells
1 candy potato, grated
1/four cup onion
1-2 tbsp oil
salt & pepper to style
1 tsp chipotle chili powder

Thai Purple Curry Pizza (makes 1 massive pizza):
1 massive pizza crust

Tacky Tomato Pasta (serves 2):

1 zucchini (or half of two sorts), chopped
half purple bell pepper, chopped
1/four onion, chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 cup tomato sauce
salt & pepper to style
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp combined italian herbs
three tbsp dietary yeast

Boil pasta. Drain and put aside. In the meantime, panfry veggies in oil over medium warmth. When softened, add sauce and spices. Stir to mix and let cook dinner a couple of minutes. Add cooked pasta and let cook dinner a couple of minutes earlier than serving.
