Candy Corn Rooster Soup

For the Rooster inventory:
Rooster (with bone) – 1/four kg
Carrot – 1 no
Onion – 1 cup
Garlic Few Cloves- Pounded
Few chopped celery
Rock salt
pepper – 1 Bbsp

For the Creamy Corn
Corn – 2 nos
Butter – 1 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper
Water – 2 cups
Corn flour to dilute – 1 tsp

For the Soup
Oil – 2 tsp
Spring onion whites and stalk
Few Ginger Juliens
Salt & Pepper
Egg – 1 no. (whisked)
Corn flour to dilute – 1 tsp

Step 1: Making the Rooster inventory
1. Add the rooster, carrot, onion, garlic, celery, rock salt, pepper and water
2. Shut and cook dinner for 25 minutes
three. Pressure and seperate the inventory water
four. Shread the rooster meat

Step 2: Making Creamy Corn
5. Strain cook dinner the corns with some water and salt
6. As soon as cooked, seperate the kernels
7. Gring half of it to stick
eight. In a pan, warmth butter.
9. Add remaining kernels, salt & pepper, water and corn paste.
10. Shut & simmer for 10 minutes.
11. Dilute corn flour & add to the cream to thicken it
12. Prepare dinner for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

Step three: Making the Candy Corn Rooster Soup
13. In a pan, warmth oil.
14. Add spring onion whites, ginger juliens, shredded rooster and saute for 1 min.
15. Add the corn cream base, rooster inventory & spring onion stalk
15. Season with salt & pepper
16. Shut and simmer for 10 minutes.
17. Pour whisked egg and unfold round
18. Add diluted corn flour to thicken the soup. Simmer for couple of minutes earlier than serving
