Genuine Indian Non Veg | Hen Kaleji Masala Recipe | Selfmade Hen Liver

Components:-
A) For Hen Liver Marination
– 400 gram hen liver
– Salt as per style (Approx 1 tea spoon)
– ½ tea spoon tumeric powder
– 1 tea spoon Malvani Masala
– 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
– Half lemon juice

B) For Vatan
– ½ tea spoon oil
– 2 desk spoon dired grated coconut
– ½ medium chopped onion
– ¼ cup water
– 1 desk spoon contemporary grated coconut (Non-compulsory)

C) For Kaleji Tadka
– 2 to three desk spoon oil
– four to five black pepper
– 2 cloves
– 1 Cinnamon
– 1 small bay leaf
– 1 cup finely chopped onions (I’ve taken 2 medium measurement onions)
– 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes (I’ve taken 2 medium measurement tomatoes)
– ½ tea spoon turmeric powder
– ½ tea spoon ginger garlic paste
– 1 tea spoon malvani masala

Finely chopped coriander
Bay leaf
Half lemon – For Lemon juice
