For Marination:-

Recent Curd – 100 gm
Recent Cream – 100 gm
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Home made Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
Roasted Dry Fenugreek – 1 tbsp
Salt as per style
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

For Smoke Infusion:-
1 Piece Charcoal

For Garnish:-
Crimson Chillies
Mint Leaves


Take a pan and toast the fenugreek flippantly for 30 seconds to a minute until crisp. After toasting switch it to a bowl and let it calm down.

In a big bowl add curd, dairy cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chaat masala, roasted fenugreek, salt (as per style) and juice of half a lemon. Combine all these substances properly to make a creamy marinade. Cowl the rooster items with the marinade correctly.
