Mustard Masala Fish Curry // Sarson waali Machhali

Preparation time – 40 minutes
Cooking time – 45 minutes
Serving – 5 to six

Components

1 . 700 gm Rohu Fish
2 . three massive potatoes (lower into lengthy shapes)
three . 1 medium sized onion thinly sliced
four . 1 massive tomato thinly sliced
5 . 1 massive dry mango stick
6 . 2 tsp turmeric powder
7 . 1 tbsp kashmiri pink chilly powder
eight . 1 tsp panchphorun
9 . 1tsp degi mirch (non-compulsory)
10 . 2 dried pink chilly
11 . 2 bay leaves
12 . 2 .5 tsp salt
13 . 6 to 7 tbsp mustard oil

For Mustard paste
1 . 1 massive onion chopped
2 . 1 massive garlic (cloves are peeled)
three . 2 tbsp mustard seeds
four . 1 tsp cumin seeds
5 . 2 – three inexperienced chilly roughly chopped

For Poppy seed Paste

1 . 2 tbsp poppy seed
2 . 2 tbsp water
