Boneless Rooster (lower into small items)- half kg
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Pepper – 1 small tsp
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Salt to style
Soy sauce – 1 half tsp
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Egg – 1
1.To Marinate Rooster: Add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, a tsp of pepper, a tsp of paprika powder, salt, 1 tsp of soy sauce to the rooster and blend properly.
2.Whisk an egg and a pair of tsp of corn flour to combination and marinate for about 10 minutes.
three.Take a couple of items of the marinated rooster, roll them in a plate of bread crumbs and deep fry in scorching oil.
Crunchy rooster nuggets are able to serve.
