Turmeric powder – half of tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Crimson Chilli powder – half of tsp [Purchase:
Marinate for 30 minutes
1. In a bowl, add the Ginger – garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Kashmiri Crimson Chilli powder & Water. Combine properly to stick consistency. Test for seasoning.
2. Now smear the paste everywhere in the fish meat & let it marinate for minimal 30 minutes to 1 hour
three. Warmth oil in a pan & shallow fry the fish items on each side in medium flame until its cooked.
