Components for dough:
2 cups / 260 grams all goal flour (maida)
1/eight cup all goal flour for dusting
280 grams of unsalted butter
120 ml chilly water
¼ tsp white vinegar
¼ tsp salt
Components for stuffing:

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 finely chopped inexperienced chilies
¼ tsp black salt
1 ½ tbsp oil
